BHL Auto Edit Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern use of the internal publishing tool BHL Auto Edit ("Auto Edit"), operated by Better Human Labs LLC ("Better Human Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Auto Edit, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms cover Auto Edit, not the company website at betterhumanlabs.co (the "Site") that hosts this page. Use of the Site is governed separately by our Website Terms of Use. Auto Edit's data practices are described in the BHL Auto Edit Privacy Policy.

Auto Edit

Auto Edit is an internal Desktop and command-line tool owned by Better Human Labs LLC. It is available only to the sole authorized Better Human Labs operator for a personally controlled YouTube channel. We do not offer public registration, a hosted login, a reviewer account, or a multi-customer upload service. No one may use Auto Edit for a channel or content they do not own or have authority to manage.

Angelo Camba, a member and manager of Better Human Labs LLC, is the sole authorized operator and controls the one YouTube channel used for the Better Human Labs workflow.

YouTube terms and privacy

Auto Edit uses YouTube API Services. By using Auto Edit, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Auto Edit's own access, use, storage, sharing, retention, deletion, and revocation practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Operator control and consent

Auto Edit may act only on the configured, authorized channel. Each publishing run must be started explicitly after the operator reviews the exact video, thumbnail, title, description, category, language, tags, audience and synthetic-media declarations, playlist, visibility, and timing. The operator retains final control over those values and the YouTube action. Auto Edit has no unattended recurring upload trigger, and skipped weeks produce no upload.

Any API publishing path begins with a private upload and verifies the resulting operator-owned record. Auto Edit must not change visibility, overwrite an existing video, or update a complete metadata or status record without the operator's explicit instruction. It must never delete public, unrelated, or arbitrary content. An authorized cleanup is restricted to an exact receipt-owned private test artifact.

Current availability and approval state

Auto Edit's current production mode prepares a reviewed packet for manual upload through YouTube Studio. Before the required YouTube API Services compliance approval, its normal production path does not call the YouTube API or upload automatically. Nothing on this Site represents that Google or YouTube has verified, approved, sponsored, or endorsed Auto Edit.

Acceptable use

The authorized operator must not use Auto Edit to:

• violate the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube API Services policies, or applicable law;
• access or act on a channel, playlist, video, or account without authorization;
• misrepresent metadata, visibility, audience, synthetic-media status, or the source of content;
• scrape YouTube, download YouTube audiovisual content, or bypass documented API methods;
• sell, sublicense, redistribute, or expose YouTube API data or functionality to another party;
• share Google credentials, tokens, private operation receipts, or other restricted access material.

We may suspend Auto Edit's API path or revoke its local authorization if required by Google or YouTube, if approval is absent or withdrawn, if a security or ownership check fails, or if continued use would violate these Terms or applicable policy.

Intellectual property

Auto Edit and its content, including text, graphics, logos, names, and design, are owned by Better Human Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them without our prior written permission, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Third-party services, links, and marks

Auto Edit may link to or interact with third-party services, including Google and YouTube. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

YouTube and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. Our factual references to YouTube API Services and YouTube do not imply sponsorship or endorsement by YouTube or Google.

Disclaimers

Auto Edit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. YouTube and Google may change their services, policies, permissions, quotas, or approval requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Human Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to use of (or inability to use) Auto Edit.

Changes to Auto Edit and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Auto Edit at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Better Human Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
