These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the company website at betterhumanlabs.co (the "Site"), operated by Better Human Labs LLC ("Better Human Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. These Terms cover the Site, not the separate products we build.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or its networks;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site;

Separate product terms
HabitHouse and ServiceDeck are separate Better Human Labs products. HabitHouse's published Terms of Service are available on its own website. ServiceDeck is in development, and its product policies are not published here. These website Terms do not govern use of either product.
Privacy
Our Website Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Site.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, names, and design, are owned by Better Human Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them without our prior written permission, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
Third-party services and links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. A link does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by that third party.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that Site content will always be complete.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Better Human Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
